• ISRM Member, Non-Member and Student fees include participation in all the sessions, Workshops and the Short Course, as well as the Proceedings by USB flash drive and an abstract volume.
• Technical Tours (17 and 18 Oct) and Banquet (15 Oct) are not included in the registration fees.
• Welcome Reception (13 Oct), Coffee Breaks (14-16 Oct) and Lunches (14-16 Oct) are sponsored by the exhibitors.
• Students' Night (14 Oct) is sponsored by the donors.

• Pre-registration by 30 September is required for the Banquet and Students' Night.
  (For persons who wish to join Students' Night: Pre-registration BEFORE 31 AUGUST is kindly requested through online registration or by sending an email to arms8@ec-pro.co.jp. Since the maximum number of participants is only about 40, we anticipate your earliest registration.)

Online Registration Form

• For paper authors: One full registration must be paid BY 31 AUGUST, 2014 to secure a presentation time and a paper in the proceedings.
• For all attendees: Online registration will be closed on 30 September, 2014. After the closing of the online registration, please make your registration on-site.

Payment Method

• For overseas residents, only credit card payment is acceptable.
  (VISA/Master/Amex/JCB/Diners)
• Payment by bank transfer is applicable to those who live in Japan.
  
• In case you need an invoice and/or a proof of payment with your company data, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy

Any request to cancel a registration must be sent by e-mail to the Registration Office. A cancellation fee will be charged as listed below. Please note that all refunds will be made within two months after the conclusion of ARMS8. *For those who paid the fee(s) via a bank transfer, a bank handling service charge will be deducted from the amount of refund.
