A letter of invitation will be sent by the Registration Office, upon request, to help participants obtain a visa in order to attend ARMS8. To request the documents for a visa application, please register yourself for ARMS8 and fill out this form to receive an invitation letter. Send it to us by email at arms8@ec-pro.co.jp (NO LATER THAN 30 SEPTEMBER, 2014).

The Registration Office will send an invitation letter to enable participants to obtain a visa, if this process is required by their country of origin.

The invitation letter will be provided only after payment of the registration fee has been confirmed.

The Registration Office will not handle the actual visa process for attendees.

Everyone travelling to Japan must be in possession of a valid passport, with a Japanese visa if necessary.
